Our 10-session program is structured to guide you through the crucial weeks of pregnancy, helping you prepare both physically and mentally for labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery. The program includes a 1-hour initial evaluation to assess your unique needs and set a personalized plan. This is followed by 9 follow-up sessions that progressively build on each other to prepare you for the upcoming birth and recovery.
